Milan, 05 August 2026 – KYIP Capital, an independent asset management company specialized in growth buy-out transactions, has completed the final closing of KYIP Impact Mission Fund, reaching total fundraising of €50 million thanks to the entry of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT, the impact-oriented entity of Fondazione CRT.
This subscription represents an important recognition of the strategy developed by KYIP Capital and strengthens a shareholder base that brings together institutional investors and operators specialized in impact investing.
Launched in 2024 and classified as Article 9 under the SFDR, KIM invests primarily through qualified minority stakes in Italian companies operating in the health and wellness sectors. The fund adopts a finance-first strategy, in which economic growth and impact are designed together and integrated into the industrial plan, governance and measurement systems of its portfolio companies.
The fund has already invested in Confident Società Benefit, engaged in developing a network of neighborhood dental practices with particular attention to vulnerable individuals, and in Chiron Group Società Benefit, a local healthcare platform that integrates diagnostics, specialist medicine, surgery and rehabilitation. In both companies, KYIP works alongside entrepreneurs and management to strengthen organizations, expertise and service networks, with the goal of building solid, scalable platforms and making services more accessible and consistent.
“Completing the fundraising at €50 million is an important milestone for KYIP Impact Mission Fund. The entry of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT strengthens a shareholder base of high-profile institutional investors and confirms the strength of a strategy built around concrete social needs. With Confident and Chiron Group, we have already begun turning this vision into more structured, widespread and scalable realities, capable of broadening access to health and wellness services across local communities,” commented Eugenio Conforti, Partner and Head of Investments of KYIP Capital’s KYIP Impact Mission Fund.
“Our investment in KYIP Impact Mission Fund confirms Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT’s commitment to supporting economic development models that combine financial sustainability with strong social impact. Investing, through KYIP Impact Mission Fund, in the health, care and wellness sectors means strengthening the service network in our local area, promoting access to affordable healthcare services and responding to the concrete needs of the community with innovative tools,” said Cristina Di Bari, President of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT.
