The Group, controlled by KYIP Capital, is experiencing a phase of strong growth, driven by the integration of specialized expertise, innovative technologies, and AI-based solutions that enable companies to carry out end-to-end projects designed to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

A manager with proven international experience in digital transformation, Bragadin has held top executive roles in the banking, technology, and telecommunications sectors—industries in which Datlas Group has deep roots.

After starting his career at Boston Consulting Group, where he led projects in the banking and consumer goods sectors, he went on to hold increasingly senior positions at Vodafone, eventually becoming CEO of TeleTu and later Director of Business Development Europe at the Group’s London headquarters. In 2013, he joined Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena as Head of Retail Banking and Distribution, managing a network of more than 25,000 people and relaunching commercial efficiency through the integration of physical and digital channels. From 2016 to 2024, he worked at ING Group, first as CEO of ING Bank Italy and subsequently as Global Head of Retail Products and Digital for ING Group, where he coordinated multi-country teams and strategies with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.

Following a career at the top of major international groups, Bragadin now takes the helm of Datlas Group, bringing with him a clear strategic vision and a proven track record in leading innovation and organizational transformation.

Joining Datlas Group marks the beginning of an exciting challenge. At a time when digital transformation has become an essential strategic lever, the Group stands out as a key player capable of driving innovation and generating lasting value for clients and the entire market ecosystem. Contributing to this journey means bringing together expertise and vision: I am delighted to become part of this dynamic and innovative organization and to lead its evolution toward increasingly advanced digital models—able to create competitive value and accelerate the Group’s growth.” said Marco Bragadin, CEO of Datlas Group.

We are thrilled to welcome Marco as CEO of Datlas Group. His arrival represents a major growth opportunity for the Group, which will benefit from his strategic vision and ability to drive innovation, further strengthening our competitive positioning and performance. We are confident that his experience and proven track record will be crucial in accelerating growth and seizing new market opportunities. We would also like to thank Fabrizio Soru, who since 2017 has played a key role in transforming Datlas into a leading player in the banking, insurance, and telco sectors. His leadership and dedication have laid solid foundations for this new phase of development.” said Gianluca Losi, CEO and Founding Partner of KYIP Capital.
