KYIP Capital ("KYIP"), an Italian digital transformation growth buy-out firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Clementina Chiari as ESG and Impact Manager within its sustainability function, helping Carlo Privitera, Digital and Operations partner as well as Chief Sustainability Officer at the firm, to execute more and more sophisticated sustainable strategies across KYIP portfolio companies. With a team of 12 professionals, KYIP demonstrates its robust growth trajectory focused on innovation, technology and sustainability.
Clementina, having over ten years of experience in sustainability and ESG assessment, joins KYIP from Golden Goose, - an Italian luxury company - where she was ESG and Sustainability Manager. Before that, Clementina was Sustainability Services Manager at KPMG with a wide range of ESG assignments for SMEs as well as for large and listed corporations.
