Milan, 20th October, 2022 - KYIP Capital SGR S.p.A. announces the acquisition of 100% of Selecta Group, a company specializing in multichannel communication. With the acquisition of Selecta by KYIP Capital and the merger with Datlas (already in the portfolio since October 2021), Datlas Group is born. A Group with €60 million in revenues and about €10 million in EBITDA, Datlas is specialized in Data Validation and Multichannel Communication process outsourcing, able to offer services and transversal solutions to support information transformation processes to and from the consumer.

The new Group will propose an innovative offering, leveraging the interconnection of traditional and digital channels and the immediate dialogue between company, supplier and end customer. Covering different sectors, from banking & finance to energy, from Telco to multi-utility and PA, the goal is always the same: integration through a single business platform. The new entity thus promises to revolutionize the outsourcing and data validation services industry with a philosophy that is as simple as it is innovative: the circular economy applied to data.
