Hekai Education

Hekai Education brings together Volta Institute, Skilla and MyBeautyAcademy within an integrated platform focused on education and skills development.

The Group combines Volta Institute’s expertise in specialist and certified training across digital, technology and management, My Beauty Academy’s vertical specialisation in beauty & wellness, and Skilla’s corporate learning capabilities, content, methodologies and digital technologies. Together, the three businesses create a broad and complementary offering spanning specialist training, continuous learning and corporate education.

Following the integration completed in 2026, Hekai is entering a new phase of development focused on strengthening the individual brands while creating shared capabilities, technology and operating infrastructure at Group level.

Hekai Education reflects our approach to value creation: starting from strong entrepreneurial businesses, strengthening them and creating connections between complementary capabilities. With Volta Institute, Skilla and My Beauty Academy, we are building a broad and integrated education platform connecting specialist training, corporate learning and new professional verticals

Value creation

We apply our Core-Digital-Culture framework as a proprietary transformation method — working simultaneously across three interconnected dimensions to turn strategy into execution and generate durable competitive advantage.

01

CORE

Hekai is evolving from a specialised training business into a broader and more diversified education platform. Following the initial transformation of Volta Institute, the integration of Skilla and My Beauty Academy has added new channels, specialist verticals and complementary capabilities. The Group is now focused on creating shared functions, strengthening management and operating models and continuing to expand through organic development and selective acquisitions.

02

DIGITAL

Technology and digital learning are central to Hekai’s development model. The Group is bringing together content, methodologies, technologies and data across its businesses, while investing in new learning models, digital-learning capabilities and artificial-intelligence applications to improve the learning experience and enable increasingly personalised development pathways.

03

CULTURE

Hekai is building a shared identity around continuous learning and the belief that skills development should accompany people throughout their professional lives. The Group combines entrepreneurial continuity with a common vision, preserving the distinctive expertise of each business while creating stronger connections across specialist training, corporate learning and the evolving needs of the labour market. A shared organisational culture and stronger people practices will support the integration of the enlarged Group, while progressively embedding responsible growth into its governance and operating model.
