ETJCA Group

ETJCA Group is an integrated Human Capital services platform supporting companies and people throughout the entire professional journey — from access to employment and talent matching to skills development and leadership growth.

The Group combines a nationwide presence with an increasingly broad and coordinated range of services, connecting employment, training, skills and technology across three complementary areas: Sourcing, to identify and connect companies and talent; Shifting, to support professional transitions through upskilling and reskilling; and Shaping, to develop skills, leadership and organisational capabilities.

Training is a central component of the model, translating the evolving needs of companies into professional and organisational development pathways.

"We aim to bring our experience in education and platform transformation to support Etjca Group in building an increasingly integrated, scalable and distinctive Human Capital platform."

Value creation

We apply our Core-Digital-Culture framework as a proprietary transformation method — working simultaneously across three interconnected dimensions to turn strategy into execution and generate durable competitive advantage.

01

CORE

KYIP is supporting the development of a more diversified and higher-value Human Capital platform. Key initiatives include commercial repositioning towards higher-value client segments, stronger Key Account Management, greater integration and cross-selling across business areas, new service lines and a strengthened management structure. A targeted buy-and-build strategy is further expanding the platform’s capabilities and addressable market.

02

DIGITAL

The digital agenda focuses on creating a more integrated and data-driven operating platform. ETJCA is upgrading its front-office systems, introducing real-time pipeline and funnel management, strengthening data infrastructure and progressively applying AI to candidate screening and matching. In parallel, centralised service models and greater process automation are improving consistency and freeing branch capacity for higher-value activities.

03

CULTURE

ETJCA is building a shared identity around the evolution from staffing provider to integrated Human Capital platform. Its positioning connects employment, training, skills and technology across Sourcing, Shifting and Shaping, while a house-of-brands architecture brings together specialised capabilities under a common Group identity. In parallel, the Group is strengthening people processes, organisational roles and career frameworks, supported by structured ESG governance, an ethics and compliance framework and measurable sustainability objectives increasingly integrated into business planning.
