Datlas Group

Datlas Group delivers tech-enabled services across customer onboarding, customer assistance and intelligent document management, primarily serving large companies in banking, telecommunications, utilities, insurance and education.

Established in 2022 through the integration of Datlas and Selecta Digital, the Group combines deep process expertise with digital technologies and artificial intelligence to manage complex customer interactions and information flows. Its offering spans multichannel customer support and back-office activities, as well as AI-enabled document processing, composition and digital management.

Over recent years, Datlas has progressively evolved towards a more integrated, data- and AI-driven model, increasing the weight of higher-value digital services and building the technological and organisational capabilities required to deliver increasingly scalable solutions.

"Datlas demonstrates how specialist capabilities, technology and operational scale can be combined to transform a complex service business into an integrated digital platform. The Group is now well positioned to lead a new phase of innovation and sustainable growth."

Value creation

We apply our Core-Digital-Culture framework as a proprietary transformation method — working simultaneously across three interconnected dimensions to turn strategy into execution and generate durable competitive advantage.

01

CORE

Datlas has undergone a broad industrial and organisational transformation, strengthening management, commercial execution and operating discipline while progressively shifting its business mix towards higher-value digital services. The integration of the Group has been supported by a stronger performance-management framework, greater visibility on customer and contract profitability, a more structured sales approach and enhanced financial and operational reporting.

02

DIGITAL

Technology and artificial intelligence are becoming increasingly central to Datlas’ value proposition. The Group has defined an AI-centric roadmap spanning Document Intelligence, AI-enabled efficiency and scalability, Agentic AI and knowledge-based solutions, while strengthening cloud infrastructure and introducing more structured digital-development and backlog-management processes. A dedicated multidisciplinary Innovation Team further accelerates the development and industrialisation of new AI capabilities.

03

CULTURE

Datlas is building a stronger Group identity around innovation, accountability and responsible growth. Its renewed positioning reflects the evolution towards an integrated data- and AI-driven platform, supported by leadership and talent-development programmes and a stronger organisational culture. Sustainability is increasingly embedded into the operating model through dedicated ESG governance, management incentives linked to ESG objectives, a comprehensive policy framework and structured environmental and social reporting.
